Fine Art Underwater Portraits: Olivia {Portland, OR}
It’s fair to say my lovely friend Olivia is my muse when it comes to anything I may want to try out in photography.
I was first connected with her years ago by a mutual friend and have since photographed her many times (dare I say nearing 15 or more!?). Olivia works with AWOL Dance Collective, and every summer my family and I attend their Art in the Dark production under the stars after the sun goes down at Mary S Young Park in Portland. This summer will be no different and I’m so excited!! Every production is mindblowing and each features a new theme with special musicians and performances from the AWOL team.
These images have been waiting to get a permanent spot on my blog for quite some time now (I think since 2017!?!). Purchasing an Outex for my camera last year, moving into our new home last August, and preparing to set up an above-ground pool in the backyard recently, are all things that have motivated me to get my underwater images up on my blog in preparation to accept Underwater Fine Art Portrait Commissions this summer!
The summertime is when my books fill up faster than other times of the year so if you’re thinking about hiring me for a Commission, now is the time to inquire!
