I begin with a still photograph, which represents the emotions of a moment that you treasure, and transform it into an art piece for your wall. For Maternity, Couples, Individual Artistic Expression, Musician Album Covers, and Wall Art, to name only a few. The possibilities are endless.
how it’s made
My process transforms a still photograph into something new with a mixed media process using a myriad of physical textures. The textures are chosen and specifically applied to the surface of the printed photograph in a way that enhances the original photograph, adding a more grand importance and feel to the piece. Textures chosen for making the final art piece use a myriad of substances including, but not limited to, milk, water, salt, sugar, pepper, and honey.
The Final Piece
The artwork is re-photographed all throughout the process and a single image is chosen for black and white archival printing using gallery quality materials for hanging on your wall. The final product, details of size, frame and/or mounting, and print finish options, are determined and decided together, making considerations for the environment in which the art piece will be enjoyed.

Anyone who brings me a print at least 4x6 in size and who has reproduction rights from their photographer may hire me for a transformation piece. Current pricing starts at $600/20x30
